Shipping Information
Our products are made to order, and we take the time to ensure everything meets our high standards before shipping it out. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 1-10 business days, depending on your location. For custom graphics kits, please note that after you confirm your design, it will take an additional 5-8 days for us to ship your order.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and for international orders outside the EU additional customs or duties may apply.
Don’t worry we’ll always keep you updated with tracking info so you know exactly when to expect your gear.

Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For semi-custom graphics kits, due to their personalized nature, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect. If your custom graphics have any issues, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to make things right.

Warranty Coverage
Our graphics kits come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as peeling, fading, or cracking of the graphics due to manufacturing flaws. If your graphics kit shows any signs of these problems within 30 days of delivery, reach out to us, and we'll make it right.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, normal wear and tear, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal riding. We recommend having a professional install your graphics kit to ensure the best fit and durability.

How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, please contact us at info@eazywheeliekidz.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem. Our team will review your claim and get back to you with the next steps.

Installation Tips
To get the most out of your graphics kit, always install on clean, dry plastics. Avoid power washing directly at the edges of the graphics to extend their lifespan. Proper care and installation go a long way in ensuring your graphics stay looking fresh and durable.
